  • I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
    Out top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with WHO recommended social distancing and guidelines.

What does this mean for you?

  • Processing times may be delayed. Generally, processing times are within 3-5 business days* although currently, those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact on our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions.
  • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any UNSHIPED order for a full refund.

  • How can I track my order?

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 days to process it. The delivery time may vary depending on where do you live:

- US: 7 - 30 days (with priority processing and shipping: 2 - 20 days)

- Europe: 10 - 35 days (with priority processing and shipping: 5 - 25 days)

- Other Countries: 14 - 60 days (with priority processing and shipping: 10 - 45 days)

We will provide tracking codes so you can see the status of your order along with its journey. The tracking codes will be provided once available, it can take a few days, but if it has been more than 7 days and you didn't receive it, you can email us at support@supergeekworld.shop.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, some of the countries are still facing a backlog in processing international parcels. In such cases, parcels may take longer than expected to reach the destination and we are not responsible for it.

  • What if I don't receive my product?
    All our products have transportation insurance, if your product gets lost or if you don't receive your product in 90 days, due to an unexpected situation we will replace your order for free. If such a thing happens you need to contact us at support@supergeekworld.shop and we will analyze your case.
  • What method is used for shipping?
    Depends on which country do you live – we work with USPS, AE Std. Shipping, E-Packet, and others.
  • How can I get in touch with your customer service team?

  • Are Super Geek World products sold at any other retailers?
    There is no other store in the market that sells the Ultra Nostalgic Game console.
  • How often do you restock?
    We aim to restock every week, but restock dates vary depending on product availability.
  • How many items can I buy in one purchase?
    Orders are unlimited. Due to logistic purposes the products may be sent in different packages.
  • How can I get in touch with your customer service team?

  • I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?
    We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches.
  • Do you offer returns?
    Check our conditions on our Refund and Exchange Policy and see if applies to your situation.
  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    No, but by setting up an account, you become a Super Geek World VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates, promotions, and discounts in the future.
  • I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
    To reset your password, go to https://www.supergeekworld.shop/account/login and click on “Forgot your password?” above the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter your E-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an E-mail notification with a link to reset your password.   • Do you offer discounts and promotion?
    Yes from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our email and/or SMS alerts to receive news on special offers.

About Taxes

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in the US, which means, if you aren't a US citizen, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at the final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the customer's responsibility and will not be covered by us. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by the customs department of your country. For further details, please contact your local customs office.
